Customer Contact Advisor

• Full Time (37 hours per week)
• £20,679 - £21,829 per annum*
• Permanent Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Contact Teams based at either of our offices in Ashington or Durham.

As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be predominantly dealing with repair requests and on occasion more general enquiries.

Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving, and customer service skills are essential.You must also be confident in using various IT systems.

If you have excellent communication skills and a team focussed approach to work we want to hear from you.

*Please note that Customer Contact colleagues will start on £20,679, which will rise to £21,829 on completion of probationary periods and competency; these salaries are based on a full time (37 hours) role, and will be pro rata for part time colleagues.
