An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Advisor to join our team based at our Kingston Park office.

Customer Advisor

• £21,829 per annum
• 37 hours, Monday – Friday

The role will contribute to the efficient day to day running of the Central Services Team.  You will be responsible for providing a professional front-line call-handling and administrative service for customers or prospective customers of Kingston.  In addition, you will deal with enquiries on a range of services, providing accurate and up-to-date information on both routine and complex issues; including the interpretation of relevant information, guidance and legislation.
