• Full Time, 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday – hybrid working arrangement – Minimum 3 days in office - Ashington
• Up to £20,679, dependent on skills and experience

This is predominantly an entry level administrative role with the opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of tools and techniques to become a more rounded People Development practitioner in the future.

You will play a key role in the team supporting the co-ordination of all People Development activities to deliver a responsive and best in class professional approach.
