Our Health & Safety Policy

The Bernicia Group Health & Safety Policy sets out the approach to safely managing group activities. This procedure will identify how we will meet our obligations in line with the Health & Safety at Work at 1974 and all subsequent acts, amendments, directions and codes of practice in the delivery of excellent customer services.

We aim to put the customer at the heart of all we do in delivering excellent services. The vision of the company is ‘Making the difference’ and the mission is ‘To deliver outstanding Customer Service and create a brilliant place to work’, which is underpinned by the following five strategic values –
