Anti-Bribery Statement
Bernicia expects and requires its employees, contractors and partners to operate with the highest levels of integrity at all times.
The Group will not tolerate bribery or corruption in any of its forms within the organisation, and will strive to ensure that those organisations it employees and works alongside also maintain high standards of integrity and probity.
To support our staff and partners in understanding the Group’s possession on a zero-tolerance to bribery and corruption, Bernicia maintains an Anti-Bribery Policy, has a Reporting Bribery Concerns Procedure, and supports staff to understand the risks our business is exposed to in regard to bribery.
