The Bernicia Group directly provides more than 8000 rented homes throughout the North East of England, with 6000 located in South East Northumberland, and over 2000 more within the wider Northumberland area and the Tyne and Wear conurbation. Additionally, we are building 200 new affordable homes in the next 2 years, with plans to build more in the future. We are a progressive organisation which brings with it exciting new challenges and great opportunities.


Our Head Office is based at Ashwood Business Park, Ashington in Northumberland. These modern open-plan buildings allow for a comfortable working environment where you can achieve your full potential. Our culture is that of open communication between employees at all levels.


Our trade subsidiaries, Kingston Property Services and Livingspaces provide estate agency, property and estate services to a further 11000 homeowners. Together the Group employs around 370 staff.
