Bernicia are about to undertake a satisfaction survey of all its tenants. STAR survey replaces the STATUS survey that was previously conducted for a number of years. This is an important exercise that will allow Bernicia to understand what our tenants think about us and the services we deliver. The survey will be posted out this week with the initial deadline for return being 27 January 2012.
